1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OyePG's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

OyePG provides a platform for:

  • Searching and booking PG accommodations and co-living spaces
  • Connecting property owners with potential tenants
  • Managing bookings, payments, and related services
  • Providing customer support and assistance

3. User Registration

To use certain features, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Booking and Payments

Booking Process:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the property owner.

Payment Terms:

  • All payments must be made through our platform
  • Security deposits are refundable subject to property condition
  • Monthly rent must be paid by the specified due date
  • Late payment charges may apply

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Check-in:

  • More than 7 days: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 3-7 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days: No refund

After Check-in:

Notice period of 30 days required. Rent and security deposit handled as per agreement.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the property in good condition
  • Follow property rules and regulations
  • Respect other residents and neighbors
  • Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
  • Report any damages or issues promptly
  • Not sublet or transfer your booking without permission

7. Property Owner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property information and photos
  • Maintain the property in habitable condition
  • Address maintenance issues promptly
  • Respect tenant privacy and rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Use the platform for fraudulent purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

OyePG acts as a platform connecting property owners and tenants. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of properties listed. Users engage in transactions at their own risk. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We encourage users to contact us first to resolve issues amicably.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
